I cup rice powder
2 cups maida flour
2 tbsp thick curds
2 tbsp green chilly/ ginger/green coriander paste
Pinch of asafetida
Pinch of cooking soda
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
1. Mix all ingredients together and beat well. The mixture should be to a dropping consistency.
2. Heat oil and make small balls from the batter and drop them in the hot oil.
3. Remove when the balls turn golden brown. Drain and serve hot with green pudina chutney.
